πŸ§žβ€β™€οΈ JASMINE COSTUME πŸ§žβ€β™€οΈ

Hello my lovely readers πŸ™‚ How’s everything going?

Today I want to share with you a really nice and easy Halloween costume. I’ve always wanted to dress up as Jasmine from Aladdin, but I thought it was going to be too much work. Looking through my mum old costumes, I found a big piece of fabric and some harem pants with the same fabric and I started to create this costume.

The first thing to do is to make the pants. Mine were already done but they are really really easy to make, you can check this Youtube tutorial, which explains it step by step.

Then in order to make the top I totally went with the flow. I didn’t do anything difficult but it was ok for a night out. I just used a strapless bra as the base. I made a knot in the middle of the bra with the fabric. Then using some safety pins I held the top of the fabric to the bra.

Then I put it on and I did this: I took both sides from the long fabric from my back, cross them and bring it to the front. In the front I crossed them again and bring it towards my elbows and finally I made a knot on the back and put the rest of the fabric inside the bra’s back.

In order to complete the look I added some gold accessories: a golden belt that my mum had around, some gold hoops, a gold chain and some gold earrings. For my hair I used a princess headband, that I showed how to DIY in this blog post, and I followed this YouTube tutorial. For the golden accents I added some present ribbon decorations on my hair.

And this was the final result. I was really happy with the result and I’ve never felt more cute on a costume.

What costume are you planning for this Halloween? What’s your favourite Disney princess?

xoxo Darly
