90’s BABY

Hello my lovely readers 🙂 How’s everything going?

Today I want to share with you a Spring look that’s really confortable  but at the same time it has really  interesting details that doesn’t make it basic at all. This look is inspired in the nineties and I think it’s really fun and cute. As you know the nineties are totally back so most of the pieces of this look are vintage. Also this look’d be great for music festivals.

This look is revolved around the fact that I wanted to make an outfit with this snap pants that my mother bought in the nineties. Since the trousers had white details, I decided to add a white t-shirt from Zara and all white trainers from Primark. Since it’s still a bit chilly I decided to add this cream cropped bomber, which I also found in my mother’s nineties closet. I think this bomber it’s really cool and it does complete the look.

Then it was time to accessorise, which is one of my favourite things to do. Os course I chose to wear golden jewellery. Since the t-shirt was quite basic I decided to add three layered necklaces, I also wore some golden hoop earrings and golden rings. I also decided to wear this rounded glasses from the nineties (yes you guessed it, they are also from my mother).

Finally I decided to add a bit more of fun to the look by putting my hair in two space buns. This hair style was really on fashion on the nineties, it’s really easy to do and it looks really cute.

What was your favourite nineties trend? What’s your favourite era?

xoxo Darly

  1. Oh goodness! I’m a guy but I remember wearing those to “American football” practice (I think you might call the sport “gridiron” in Europe) as a kid in the 1990s. They were so practical and comfortable. I absolutely loved them.

As far as my favorite era, that would have to be the 80s because I love the old 80s style short shorts. Though largely a thing of the past and I often get weird stares, guys wore them too back in the day and I just never quit doing so. I like the look and feel of them on me. Don’t hate. 😛
