Hello my lovely readers 🙂 How’s everything going?
Today I want to share with you another blog post about my Edinburgh trip. Today we will be visiting together Princes gardens and Dean Village.
I’ll pick it up right where I left it. Next to the Edinburgh castle it is Princes street gardens. This is a beautiful park divides the old and new town of Edinburgh. As you can see from my multiple layers of clothes when I went to Edinburgh it was quite cold, but when the weather is good, I think this park’d be perfect for laying down in the sun or having a picnic.
Next to these gardens it’s St Mary’s cathedral. This Gothic style cathedral was built in the XIX century.
Also on the east side of the city is Dean Village. This is a beautiful village in the centre of Edinburgh, with cute houses from the XVII century. When you are walking around it, you totally forget you are in the centre of a big city, it feels like you are in a small village in the woods. I’d totally recommend the walk around the river.
Have you visited Dean Village? Did you feel like you were in a forest?
¿Has visitado Dean Village?

Dean Village is one of my favourite places in Edinburgh – glad you liked it! So many people don’t visit when in Edinburgh. I also love Stockbridge which is right by Dean Village – has THE best market on a Sunday. And the botanic gardens are lovely, also really close by. Glad you had a good trip!
